Now, Griff isn’t just a referee. He isn’t just a judge.
He’s a phenomenon.
A one-man charisma explosion disguised as an East Midlands boxing & UKAF official.

You think I’m joking? Turn up to any event he’s working. Within 30 minutes:

• Coaches are nodding like proud dads.

• Boxers are smiling like they just won the lottery.

• Spectators are asking if he does weddings and christenings.

The Cold, Hard Facts:

• Impeccably turned out, every time.

• Calm and fair under pressure.

• Somehow looks fresher after eight hours in a sweaty sports hall than most of us do after a spa retreat.

• Already married (devastating, we know).
  A proud dad to two beautiful daughters who probably already know they have the coolest dad alive.

And if you haven’t checked Griff’s Facebook, you’re missing out.
You expect serious, brooding official photos?
Forget it.
Every. Single. Picture:
Griff pulling faces, sticking his tongue out, gurning like he’s just licked a lemon, or giving a grin so daft it deserves its own Olympic event.

It gets better.

Even Adam — the man with the most feared notebook in British amateur boxing (known only as the “Book of Doom”) — even he has a secret doodle scrawled inside that simply says:
“I ❤️ Griff.”

When even the guy with the blacklist has a soft spot for you, you know you’re doing something right.

Honestly, Disney should stop what they’re doing and greenlight Finding Griff — the heartfelt story of how one impeccably dressed, daft-faced official brought peace, fairness, and questionable selfies to the East Midlands boxing community.

So next time you see Griff in the middle of the ring — whistle swinging, smile loading, probably seconds away from pulling a funny face mid-fight announcement — just remember:
You’re not alone. We’re all just living in Griff’s world now.
