The team of volunteers was set up to provide all newly qualified officials with a mentor providing guidance reassurance and constructive feedback, building confidence and sharing knowledge and experience with the aim to achieve higher retention of newly qualified officials and to facilitate the progression to higher grades of all regional officials.
